G30 Vs G36 - With the GLOCK 36, the Austrian firearms manufacturer offers another small pistol in addition to the GLOCK 30 S. What is the difference and what are the similarities between them? We put the small GLOCK 36 by way of the large caliber .45 ACP.

G30 Vs G36
The G30 S uses a double stack magazine that holds nine rounds, the GLOCK 36 uses a single stack magazine that holds six rounds. This is mainly because it brought down the middle thinner, since in the subcompact pistol category, the width of the gun also plays an important role. As a result, the GLOCK 36 frame width is 28 millimeters and the GLOCK 30 S is very wide at 32.5 millimeters.

As far as features and design are concerned, the gun is a good take on the GLOCK series. Like other Austrian-made pistols (except for the Glock 25 and 28 with a recoil system), the GLOCK 36 is a polymer-fired pistol with a modified Browning breech locking system.
The G36 uses a trigger that always works well. In terms of design, the GLOCK 36 is very similar to the Gen3, although the spring unit has been used twice. But the replaceable rear sight is something shooters won't find in the GLOCK 36.

When it comes to trigger clutch design, the GLOCK is ideal for compactness. The middle finger and ring finger fit inside the two thumb holes. For smaller hands, there is enough space for the little finger to grip the magazine well before it runs out.

The surface of the grip, however, does not follow that of the Gen4 model and has a softer feel. It can be a little difficult (-2 points).
In the speed/security section of this review, we found no issues (-0 points). Weapons work smoothly and flawlessly all the time. Controls are in the typical GLOCK position. Here too, points are deducted for the spreader, which is not easy to pull (-1 point) and the strong slide that holds the opening lever (-1 point).
Although the gun's initial break before the trigger is a small advantage for a small compact gun, the recoil and subsequent recoil are less impressive (-3 points).
The slide on the GLOCK 36 is placed closer to the muzzle. This saves things and reduces the size of the weapon.

What's The Difference Between Glock Pistols?
The points are cut for the controls and the central icon is small. For sports shooters, the smaller GLOCK 36 won't be a common choice. But for self-defense, it combines the features of an easy-to-handle handgun with a large caliber.

There is more to the frame width than the overall size between the two. Leather weapons, all other things being equal, are easier to hide. A handgun is a tool, choose the one you need for the job. Buy additional equipment if your needs change.

If you want a smaller gun, get a 36. The 30 is not as easy to conceal as a larger gun IMO They both slide out of my palm while reloading, YMMV.
I held them side by side, and decided that the minimum width was more than worth the extra 4 in the magazine. I liked how the grip filled my legs.

I don't think deciding between getting a G30 vs G36 is as big of a deal as choosing between a G19 vs G26.

I have a G30. With the G30 you have the option of using standard 10 round, optional 9 and 13 round mags, and I think they make a mag + round extension for it. But you are stuck with a G36 with only a 6 round mag.

The G36 is good, but it doesn't feel good in my hand, but I didn't shoot it. I went to the G30sf, filling my hands well and pointing "good". I gave the Grip Force adapter a try today and see if I like it.
A G19 with a Hogue grip also works well for me, without the grip it runs a bit.

I gave up and had a G30 for 6 years and a G36 for another 6 years in normal wear. It has enabled both of them to work in every form around the world. Both are great guns. I liked the G36 in general, and still do, but I'd be completely confident with either one. The G36 is more comfortable, especially the 12-20 hour day.
Circular power is another debate entirely, I have my own philosophy based on personal experience, so I don't want to get into that part because there are no winning arguments and no one philosophy fits everyone.

I have both and still have the G36, which I will not part with. I want to love the 30 but I don't have a gun I can't afford. Weighting 30 is like weighting a cement block. I have bought many good holsters and I still feel like a tumor has grown on my side. The G36 is a great carry gun, and I'm fine with the 6+1 of 45 acp.

I like the G30 for the light power. However, the G36 is light and easy to carry a full load. They are about the same length. The only caveat is the overall weight and thickness of the gun.
Fairness wise, I found both of them to be great guns. Easy to manage
